This transcription appeared in the DSGR Magazine, Volume 7, Number 2 - November-December, 1943. Contributed by Mrs. W.H. Martens of Detroit. The description as recorded in the magazine follows:
"Note: This is a small cemetery, evidently a family plot. It is located on Route 60, about one mile west of Concord, Jackson County, Michigan. It is in very bad condition, overrun with weeds and with many stones broken or buried almost entirely. On the day visited, April 24, 1942, a hen turkey was discovered with her nest in the deep brush."
